Cake Crown Jewel Gulaman
- 1 Package strawberry jelly powder
- 1 Package kiwi jelly powder
- 3 Cups boiling water
- 1 Package lady fingers
- 1 Tub (500 ml) Cool Whipped Topping
- Prepare strawberry and lime jelly powder separately in 1 1/2 cup of boiling water each.
- Cover and chill until set, about an hour.
- Cut jelly into 1/2 inch cube.
- Trim length of one end of each lady finger to fit the pan.
- Line the sides of 9 inch springform pan with cut lady fingers.
- Fold whipped topping into strawberry and kiwi jelly.
- Carefully spoon into pan.
- Topped with fresh strawberry and sliced kiwi.
- Chill until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
