Cake «Prague».Super simple, super delicious, super chocolate!

Ingredients:

Dough:
0.5 st.sahara
2 eggs
200 gr.smetany (15-20%)
1/2 cans of condensed milk
50 gr.temnogo chocolate (75% cocoa (I took «Babaev Suite» or «Babaevky Elite»))
3 st.l.kakao
1 st.muki
1.ch.l. baking powder, vanilla

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the sugar to a froth, add sour cream, condensed milk, melted in a water bath chocolate and cocoa. Once again whip. Flour, baking powder and vanilla mix, sift. Add to the batter and stir with a spoon (no mixer). Bake a cake or a 4 (I have a rectangular shape, I bake one and cut it into 4).

Cream frosting:
100 gr.slivochnogo oil
1/2 cans of condensed milk
50 gr.temnogo chocolate (half the tile, which was used in the dough)
Oil soften to room temperature, add evaporated milk and melted chocolate in a water bath. Beat all using a mixer. Turn creamy shiny glaze.

Syrup for cakes:
3 ch.l.s pile of instant coffee
3.ch.l. Sahara
1/2 st.kipyatka (hot or boiling water)
1.ch.l. brandy (optional)
Stir to dissolve all ingredients.
Now assemble the cake. Each cake impregnate coat with syrup and cream glaze. Top entire cake is also coated with glaze and put in the refrigerator (preferably overnight). You can decorate with walnuts. Done!
