CHICKEN WITH APPLES.
1 pc chicken
1 piece onion
salt, pepper, honey, thyme, rosemary. lemon peel
Take the chicken carcass, and rub my special blend. It consists of chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, grated lemon peel, salt, pepper and a little honey.
Clear the peeled apples (preferably choose the apples sour varieties), cut, cut onion rings, and put it all into our chicken.
Carcase sutured or secured with toothpicks.
Put the chicken in the arm and send in a preheated 180 degree oven. The sleeve chicken was particularly tender and juicy. If you love the crisp, just cut the hose for 10 minutes until fully cooked. If you prefer to cook without sleeves, watering every half chicken fat. The oven hen languish 2.5 hours.
Let it stand for 10 minutes on a plate, and can be fed to the festive table. Chicken with apples is a great main course of your meal.
