Brussels sprouts in Italian
You will need:
500 g of Brussels sprouts,
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, flour, grated cheese and cream,
1 tbsp lemon juice, nutmeg, black pepper, salt.
Boil cabbages in a little salted water for a few minutes — to avoid of cooking!
Lightly fry the flour in butter, pour in the cream and milk and bring the sauce until thick, stirring, over low heat.
Season the sauce with pepper, nutmeg, pour the lemon juice, stir, pour the sauce over the cabbage, put 3-5min, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve as a side dish or a main course.
