Fish with Vegetables


For this recipe you will need: — half a glass of water — 2 tablespoons dry white wine — half a teaspoon of dried thyme — black pepper — 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips — 1 stalk of celery, cut into thin strips — 1 small onion, finely chopped — cup sour cream — 4 fillets of white fish (cod, haddock, halibut) Preparation: In a pan, combine the water, wine, thyme, black pepper, carrot, celery and onion and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes until tender vegetables. Add the sour cream and pan fish. Stir, cover and simmer until cooked fish (when it begins to flake easily separated).
