Mousse Black Forest.
You will need:
500g cherries in syrup pitted
300ml double cream
2 teaspoons rum or brandy
350 g of finished chocolate mousse (can be from a bag)
50 g of dark chocolate
How to cook:
1. Put the berries in syrup on a plate covered with a paper towel, let drain.
2. Whip the cream with a mixer to form peaks, add the rum or brandy, whisk again.
3. You can put layers of glass in the ice-cream bowls or glasses: a layer of cream, a layer of mousse, cherry, a little syrup from the cherries.
4. On the top layer of the cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate.
